All paid plans are digital items. When you upgrade, the features unlock instantly. Because of this, we do not give refunds for any reason once a purchase is done.

Before you upgrade, you can check if Viam-Bio is right for you:

• Look over our pricing list carefully to make sure the plan has the design tools you need.

2. 100% Digital Delivery

Viam-Bio is a fully online web tool. We do not sell or ship physical products like boxes, discs, or items by mail. Everything you buy is delivered inside your browser right away.

3. No Refunds on Sales and Discounts

If you buy a plan using a coupon code, discount, or during a special promotional sale, you cannot ask for a refund or a price adjustments under any condition.

4. If We Cancel Your Service

In rare cases, if Viam-Bio has a major system failure or if we must close down your paid service tier completely, we will send a 100% full refund back to your original payment card or method.

5. Strictly for Single User Accounts

Your plan is tied directly to your individual bio page account. You cannot transfer your plan to someone else, and you cannot purchase a plan as a gift for another person's account.

6. Upgrades and Changing Plan Cycles

You can request to change your plan tier or switch between monthly and annual billing cycles. Please note that immediate switches depend directly on our third-party payment gateways, your current plan type, and how many days are left in your active billing cycle.

If an automated switch fails or does not process correctly due to mid-cycle restrictions, please message us so we can assist you with your transfer.

7. Billing Errors and Technical Help

If you notice a wrong charge on your statement, or if your premium dashboard tools are locked due to a system glitch, please write to us immediately at support@viam.bio. We will fix it for you fast.
